Injury QED are a medico-legal agency providing medical experts to law firms and insurers.

Business Processes Responsible for streamlining the companies business processes implemented in their core case management system Proclaim. This includes obtaining medical records, booking and managing appointments and dealing with medical diagnostics. It is a fast paced high volume business. The main objective – to reduce turnaround times – has been achieved in a number of ways – by capturing appropriate management information during the business processes and providing the management team with a suite of reports on which to monitor conformance to KPIs.

Efficiency Workshops We ran lunchtime workshops with a cross section of users to identify unnecessary mouse click, menu options, redundant documents, documents that are manually edited regularly. Also automated the recognition and distribution via email of all incoming and outgoing invoices.

Agile Methodology Acting as the Scrum Master for the project – liaising with the management team, senior team members and the product owner to deliver benefit quickly and often.

MI Warehouse / SSRS / SSIS Implemented an MI Warehouse to provide the company with sophisticated management reporting and performance management capability.
